Hey all!
Here's your reminder that I will charge cards on March 1st (Sunday). At the same time I will lock your addresses. Please do double-check if everything is correct before March 1st. If your payment does not go through, you will still have time to fix payment for a couple months after fulfillment is officially done, but after that the project will close and any partial payments will be considered donations. If you experience trouble with payments, I can help you out with setting up an alternative payment method outside of the platform too.

The folks who have been holding their Holiday Market shipments to combine with the Pintober orders will get shipped out first unless waiting for cat eye remakes. 

Also if you use an APO/FPO address, consider giving me a local address to ship to, as they have been causing issues with the shipping providers here (also if you're stationed outside of the US, the shipping to your local address is likely cheaper anyways).

On another note: the cat eye remake with the correct glow is almost finished according to my manu, just the plating left and then they'll be on their way.

Another quick report from pin packing hell :D
I have some good news: the wait for the remake of the orange eyes will not be that long after all. I convinced my manu to redo them immediately rather than together with my next batch, and they are already in production. According to my manu they can arrive at my place in March.

This means you can disregard the previous update. Everyone can get the correct version by default. Since that's what you originally pledged for I'm sure that's the best outcome for everyone.
If you still prefer the green or want a heterochromia edition or whatever I'm happy to help you out since I will have both versions at hand anyways now! :D Just email me, preferably by March 1st.

Hey hey everyone!
After what feels like an eternity, the pins have arrived last week and I finally snapped some photos of them.

I can get them remade no problem since I ordered them correctly, but it would take another few months to remake since currently the whole Chinese New Year thing is going on and my manu will likely ship them together with my upcoming Meowshrooms. So I'd like to ask you all if you want the current version or want to wait for remakes, more info below (including pics of the glow effect)

For now, enjoy some pins on a fork because I haven't had the time for a better photo setup :'D

As for the orange cat eye issue, and the general glow effect, refer to these pics where you can see the same pins with and without light (they're not the best photos but I genuinely struggle with capturing the glow-effect on cam @_@):


All pins except the cat eyes have white glow. The green cat eyes were supposed to have this radioactive green while the orange ones were originally supposed to be like the cat eyes on the black cats, best seen on the cat head pin in the middle of the image (white glow on orange enamel = mostly orange appearance). 

- If you are fine with receiving them as if (orange at day, green at night), then you need to do nothing
- If you want to wait for remakes (orange at day and night) then please email me until March 1st. Make sure to include either your pledge/backer ID, your full name or the email address you use for Backerkit.
---- If I hear nothing from you until March, I assume you are fine with the green glow variant.
- If you want neither and prefer to pick a different pin option, also email me and I'll manually change it for you.
- I cannot offer refunds over this, as this type of incident is written in my risks&challenges section and the possibility of it happening and causing delays was clearly stated.
- If you have any other wishes and requests, you are always free to request it too and I'll do my best to make you as happy as I can!

I hope these options are fine for you. Sadly this is just a manu mix-up and I couldn't prevent it ;A; I personally even like the green glow on them but it's not what I envisioned and advertised, so I'm going to make sure that everyone who wants the advertised version will get one!

That being said, I hope you all are happy with how everything else turned out. Because I personally am really happy about this project as a whole despite the hiccup with the glow color.

Hey allll!
It's been a while and the pins were stuck in transit for a hot second. But just now I received the first batch of them and they look cuuuute! The others are expected to arrive late this week (and it will include the samples of the Meowshrooms finally - take a look at my current campaign if you haven't yet!)
I have yet to inspect them closely and check the overall quality of the batches, especially the glow effects. Still I wanted to share these with you already!

Reminder: I will take most of February to grade and card all pins and will charge shipping in March since Pintopia is currently happening + some PoT backers on this campaign still have a charge left for February. And then fulfillment can begin!

That's all for today, more a sign of life update than anything. I will have better photos when everything arrived!

Also a word to my American backers and friends: I hope you are all safe. I don't know what else to say, other than that we're watching from across the pond with anger and disbelief at what's happening over there. Stay strong and look after another if you can.
